Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

– Clients may cancel their booking before 12 noon of the following day for a full refund.

– There shall be no refund for cancellations after 12 noon of the following day after confirming a booking. 

– Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at [email protected] or through the account dashboard (if applicable). 

 

  1. Changes to Bookings

– Requests to modify bookings must be made before 12 noon of the following day after a booking has been confirmed. 

– We reserve the right to deny changes or cancellations due to late requests after advanced preparations have been made to receive clients.
